Asset liquidity

Asset liquidity, as a means of facilitating the sale and restructuring of bonds, is the issuance of asset-backed securities (ABS) with fixed tangible and intangible assets as collateral to facilitate cash flow. This is carried out in the stages of asset liquidity planning, asset transfer, credit rating, and ABS issuance. This whole process is done in accordance with the Asset Liquidation Act.
